White Chocolate Delight

Directions

1. In a pan add dessicated coconut powder and dry roast for 5 minutes.
2. Chop white chocolate compound to small pieces. ( you can also use dark chocolate or milk chocolate, you can get these chocolate compound in any grocery store. Choose a good quality compound )
3. After dry roasting coconut powder for 5 minutes, add chopped white chocolate and mix it.
4. Now add fresh cream and keep mixing till it starts to leave the pan, at this point add 1 tbsp of ghee and keep mixing.
5. It starts to form a dough and leaves the pan completely.
6. Take the mixture on a greased plate and allow it to cool or to come to room temperature.
7. You can also refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
8. Now cut it in your favourite shape and garnish it with colourful sprinklers.
9. White chocolate delight is ready to be served.

Tip - Cooking is always experimenting and enjoying the time we spend in kitchen. As i have mentioned earlier you can replace white chocolate with dark or milk chocolate. I have used amul fresh cream, you can try to replace it with condensed milk. You can even use fresh coconut also. By replacing ingredients you can create a new sweet recipe and make your family happy.
