Litchi Coco Delight
A refreshing mocktail made with litchi juice and tender coconut.
- 2 glasses
- 5 minutes
- 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Litchi juice - ½ cup
- Tender coconut water - ½ cup
- Tender coconut meat ( malai) - ½ cup
- Vanilla icecream - 2 scoops
Directions
- Add tender coconut malai and blend it for 30 secs in a blender jar or juicer.
- Add rest of the ingredients and blend it ( I have used readymade litchi juice you can also use fresh litchi juice )
- Mocktail is ready to be served ( you can also strain it sometimes coconut malai would not have blended properly )
